There are plenty of options out there with which you can watch movies on your screens. In my opinion, the simplest and fastest way to make a home media server is by using your Raspberry Pi or any device having Apache web server installed (preferably on a Linux machine). To accomplish this, we will be needing the following:
- Raspberry Pi (with Linux and Apache on it). I will go through the instructions to install those.
- A wired or wifi home network.
